Just Kidding, I am Doing More After All

Tempted by a YouTube sweatshirt, I upgrade my whole content strategy

Remember last week when I was like, “I’m not doing any more random content things, I’m just going to stick with what works — and I’m definitely not setting up memberships on my YouTube channel.”

Hahahaha. Well, your girl is an idiot. A while ago, I got an email from my YouTube account manager who was like, “hey, we have a few spots for an in-person YouTube visit to our LA office, if you set up your membership by the end of April, then fill out this form!” I filled out the form, without a single functioning brain cell, because then last week I was invited to the LA offices, which means — hahaha, [insert hypocrite emoji], helloooo I guess I am doing YouTube memberships after all.

PLUS, if you set it up, you would also be eligible for free swag. Namely, a YouTube crewneck sweatshirt. How did they know how shallow I am!!! How did they know how easily I could be convinced to do something to get free swag?!?
